We’ll discuss your dietary and health concerns and desired changes. Based on that, we’ll assess if my nutrition expertise is suitable for you. If we decide to work together, I’ll ask you to complete targeted questionnaires via a private Client Portal.

Nutrition Consultation

We’ll assess your health, medical, lifestyle, and nutrition history, along with any available bloodwork results and current supplements. Based on this, we’ll pinpoint areas needing support and set goals. A personalized plan will be created, including nutrition education and lifestyle coaching.

Hormonal Imbalances

My Personal Connection

As a registered dietitian, I have a special focus on working with women who experience hormonal imbalances. My journey towards this area of expertise began in my early teens when I faced a range of symptoms such as excessive body hair, acne, weight gain, and irregular periods. It was eventually diagnosed as polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). However, at the time, my doctor prescribed an oral contraceptive pill without providing explanations or discussing alternative options.

For years, I endured the side effects of the pill, which included bloating, weight fluctuations, mood swings, and diminished libido. These effects took a toll on my body image and led to disordered eating habits.

In response to these challenges, I embarked on a personal journey of self-discovery, focusing on nutrition and making significant improvements to my diet and lifestyle while pursuing my degree. Despite more than a decade on birth control, followed by pregnancies and breastfeeding, it was only at the age of 36 that I was able to regain a natural menstrual cycle. However, this came with its own set of challenges, including intense PMS and heightened stress.

Drawing upon my academic background and research skills, I delved deep into the field of hormonal health, leading to remarkable transformations in my own life. Today, I live a vibrant life that is in harmony with the natural rhythms of my body, and it’s this experience that fuels my passion to assist other women in discovering their unique hormonal design for optimal health and fulfillment.
