Step # 1:

Discovery Call

20 minutes.


Held via phone or telehealth.

We will discuss what your dietary and health concerns are and how you would like to see them change. 

Based on that, we will determine if my nutrition expertise is a good fit for your needs.  

If we decide to work together, you will be asked to complete targeted questionnaires, including a food diary, health history, and lifestyle questionnaires before we meet again. 

I will review this information before our consultation, allowing me to prepare in advance and make the most of our time together.

Step # 2:

Initial Consultation

60-90 minutes.


Held via telehealth.

We will review your health, medical, lifestyle, and nutrition history, as well as bloodwork results (if available) and current supplements.

Based on this information, we will identify the key areas of your health that require support and establish goals.

We will create a personalized plan to meet your needs, providing you with any necessary nutrition education and lifestyle coaching. You will be provided with a written summary of our consultation and:

  • Meal Plans
  • Recipes
  • Supplement Protocols 
Step # 3:

Follow-up Session.

45-60 minutes.


Held via telehealth

We will review your progress, celebrate your successes, and problem-solve to overcome challenges.

We will determine if there are new areas that require support. You will receive ongoing education and accountability.

After our call, you will be provided with a summary of our session and a personalized meal plan & recipe collection.

Between sessions, you will have Question & Answer access to your Dietitian via instant messaging through your Client Portal.

Completely Transformed
